The think police lost out on this one just like they lost out on Don Imus, YES, he's back on the radio too. Political Correctness sucks, and this proves that. A&E's rating plummeted after Dog was unfairly cancelled after an ILLEGALLY obtained PRIVATE conversation surfaced where Dog used the N word several times while talking to his ****** son Tucker. Tucker then sold the tape to the National Enquire for 15k, and ruined his father's reputation and business, what a bastard he is. I hope the family never speaks to him again. Any other happy Dog fan's out there?

Hamish, obviously you don't know the law. You can't record someone without letting that person know you are recording them. It's illegal. Read up on it.

Actually, in some states it's legal to record someone without their knowledge. I don't remember which states where that's legal, but there are some. However, a third party cannot record a conversation between two people who don't know they're being recorded. That is illegal.

Either way, I'm glad he's coming back on the air.

Racism is a real problem. Yes, those in the spot light are held to higher and sometimes unreasonable standards, but like it or not they are role models. Tucker acted out of greed and no one should betray their family, but is would have never have happened it Dog had not had spoken the way he did. Of all people, he should know that actions have repercussions.

It's good he's back though. Neither he nor Imus should be banned for life, unless the problem continues.

It is only considered Illegal if neither of the two callers knew that it was being taped. As long as Tucker knew it was legal. Backstabbing, but legal.
