That would depend on if they were "spanking" their child or "punching" them. If they were spanking them I would mind my own buisness. If I saw them punch the child or backhand them in the face or something I would try to bring it to the attention of some one in authority. If the child is not being abused then people in general should mind their own buisness.

No. One solid slap is superb yet on condition that they have warned them some cases first or they did some thing risky. It additionally relies upon the place they hit them. A smack on the bum the place that is fleshy as adversarial to a shoulder/returned. that is their organisation quite and not for the laptop brigade to decide. in the event that they hit them returned and returned i might swear at them telling them to offer up and threaten to document them in spite of the undeniable fact that i don't think of i actually might. that is impossible to tell from a public smack who's thrashing their baby at living house and the police are not going to hurry over and inspect so we could not get too dramatic. the guy might probable have left the scene by the time you mentioned it besides. i might instinctively pass over and take care of the baby in the event that they have been getting a suited beating in spite of the undeniable fact that I relatively have extreme doubts this might ever take place in public.

If it was like an abusive hit, (like super hard) than I would tell a store clerk or security guard about the issue to solve the problem. If it was a hit (like a scolding your child hit) than I would walk on by and pretend I didn't see anything.

Smile. Bc most of what I see is children having little temper tantrums & destroying other people's property. Then the parents barely wimper that that's not nice or even better they do nothing at all. I don't even want kids now bc they apparently turn you into little mindless drones.

it depends on what the child was doing before and how hard the kid is being hit.
a tap on the bum, i wouldn't say a word. a punch in the face, i'd probably ask them why they're so aggressive with a child and prepare to get punched in the face myself.

If I thought the kid was going to get bruised, I would turn into a freak and probably kill the parent. I don't intellectually believe in violence. But I instinctively kill bullies.
If it was a simple slap, I would be sad but let it go.

lf it's too much, l'll call the parent's attention. Sometimes, they are just in a bad mood and the poor child suffers. Someone has to stop them.

Nothing as it isnt my business.
If the child deserved to be punished then thats okay as long as it was a small tap not a "WHACK!"

I've seen it several times. It's not my business to say anything unless they are actually beating the child.

Define hitting. Spanking or smacking the kid around?? If it was excessive, I do believe I would mention something.
