I had a dream i was sitting in this park type thing with my mom, my ex [were still friends so nothing weird about that] and three scottish or irish accented guys. My mom & my ex were off to the side talking which isnt abnormal at all and i was sitting in the center with these three guys. They had just gotten done with a protest and then when we got done talking one is specific after i said bye he said no not bye, see you later. It confuses me because i feel like i've seen him before and it felt sooo real. I woke up and i was tired like i didn't sleep a wink, like i was wide awake the whole time.
Any ideas could be very useful?

In your past life you were an Irish woman and these guys came to you to remind you of your pre-reincarnated roots. This explains why you think you have seen them before. The fact they came sat with you and your mom and ex went off by themselves tells me your Mom and ex were not part of your pre-incarnated life.

I'm not the best person to ask about dreams, though I hope I can help.
Maybe lets say you have seen that guy before, maybe passing by him in a mall? Or in the grocery store? And for some reason your mind remembers him particularly him. Maybe later on in life he will impact your life in someway? Say pushing you out of the way from being hit by a car? I don't know sometimes I have dreams of random people.
Okay the part about your dream feeling real. That has happened to me, except I was in the house that Halloween: Resurection was filmed in. And Micheal Meyers was attempting to kill me. I felt like I hadn't gotten any sleep, but I had been asleep for 10 hours... Maybe it's just a way for your body to tell you to wake up? How long were you asleep? Had you recently moved your bed to a different side of the room? Because I can't sleep when I do that.
At any rate, if you do have this dream again, you should write it down in full detail. Oh yes I think since your mom and ex were not really involved in the dream, they won't be involved with anything that may happen in the future.

The park is the present - the ex and mom are the past and the men are you - you are arguing with yourself and although you know what your decision should be you wish it could be different. Once you accept the decision you have already made you will sleep better. Good Luck!
