Ahh, a question of yours that I think I can actually answer sensibly ! First you need to prepare the surface around the dent. Remove any loose pieces, dirt and dust from the area.
Apply some joint compound like drywall compound, or plaster with a joint taping knife, medium sized putty knife or scraper. Smooth and feather out the surface with your knife. Feathering helps blend the slightly higher area into the wall surface.

Allow it to dry thoroughly and then sand it to a smooth surface. Apply another layer of plaster compound if necessary, let dry and sand as before. Then you can retouch the area with the color of paint to match the wall.

Prevention of unsightly dents in your bed room walls is the best measure. Try putting a pillow behind her head the next time so she doesn't bang her head into the wall so many times! :)

That's the head board banging against the wall making those dents, so quit having sex. lol

I guess the best bet would be to get some spackle compound and putty them over and repaint it or you could always hang a picture over it.

Smooth them over with plaster or spackling, sand them smooth when the plaster is dry, then repaint.
