Bowel movements change in color in connection to what is eaten. Sometimes a stool can be a little watery or loose. If however her stool remains watery and turns into diahrea, then she may either have eaten something that disagreed with her, or she has an intestinal flu. Wait until she has her next bowel movement and if it seems that she has diahrea, call her pediatrician and ask if she needs to be seen or what you should do for her. Usually they will tell you to give her light soups, plenty of liquids and to give her pidialyte to replace her eletrolytes. I hope she will soon be feeling better!

It COULD be, but don't panic just yet. The grossest part of this is that if you take her to the doctor he'll ask for a sample. So if it happens again put it in a clean container with a lid, put it in the fridge until you leave, and then get thee hence to a professional for advice. Honestly, the things our kids put us through................

One grey one isn't a problem. Consistently grey may mean not enough bile or a liver problem. If it continues past 24 hours make an appointment with your doctor.

No, stool color is based on the bacteria colonies in the gut, coupled with the food that they eat.
Its okay.
If its ever chalky and WHITE then you have a problem, or if it is bloody.
But gray stool is normal and okay.
