If your running any type of Microsoft Windows Operating System, click Start, then click Turn Off Computer, then click Restart. That will reboot your computer.
Are you using an anti-virus program? If not click on Start, then click on Control Panel, then double click on Security Center, then click on Virus Protection, then click on Monitor It Yourself. That will take away the *Your System May Be At Risk*.

To reboot is to restart a computer and reload the operating system. The most common reasons to reboot are because the installation of new software or hardware requires it, or because applications are not responding for some reason. On computers running Windows, you can usually reboot by selecting "turn off computer" from the start menu and then clicking "restart"

To reboot your computer (in Windows), click Start > Shut Down > Restart
Before doing that, I'd suggest downloading a free Anti-Virus program like AVG or Avast and do a full scan to make sure there are no other viruses lurking around.
