so,
(100% + 6%) / 100 * 18.95
106 / 100 * 18.95
= 20.09

This is an easy way to figure it out
(these are fractions)

18.95 100
you would then cross multiply
x*100 =18.95*6
100x= 113.7
divide both sides by 100
x= 1.137
1.14+18.95 = 20.09
