Is there anyone who can tellme where to start the dignosis or is there some kind of switch that goes bad? all the rest of the cycles work just not the spin or drain.

All the other settings work fine it aggitates, but when it gets to the part on the dial......nothing happens no noise, no click ..it just stopps.

The lid switch is probably fried. Think about it: the washer won't go into spin when the lid is open, and the switch tell the washer that the lid is closed and the spin cycle starts.
It could also be a bad ground on the switch or the impeller is cooked.
I'd bet my money that the switch is bad though.

Sounds like the timer. We just had to replace the timer on our Frigidaire wash drier combo.

Yea, mine did that and I ended up having to get a new one.
