Yea, soon as I realized I could, it took the fun away a little, not knowing who had high best answers voted by themselves. OK so promise not to do so again from here on in.

Integrity? Well, you know yourself... Ain't so fun if you keep voting for yourself.

Nothing except self respect and wanting to see what other people think of your answer instead of you. When I vote and I have submitted and answer to that question I usually vote for the best unless it is mine, then I either vote for the second best or don't vote for one at all. A little strange maybe but voting for my own answer is sort of kissing myself-not as much fun as kissing some one else-and yes I sometimes like other answers better then mine and always prefer kissing some one else.

Nothing. If I truly believe I made the best answer I will vote for it, and if I truly believe someone else gave the best answer, I will vote for theirs. Sometimes if I am not sure, I will not vote, and let the other voters decide.

One thing that bugs me is that often no one else votes at all, even if there is only one answer. I try to vote regularly on questions that I have not answered, and especially ones where there is a tie-break.

Nothing, I always do it. That's my right. Do you think all answers chosen by voters are read? Most of them are chosen because they are on the top of the page, which is to say the first to appear for a voter in a haste.

That's what I do when I am bored and need some extra points... I vote randomly :D

Why would you not vote for yourself.

If people who ask questions havent the courtesy to choose the best answer and you have people voting randomly just to get the one point. There is nothing wrong with voting for your own answer. If there was yahoo would disable the ability.

There is little or nothing akin to self love. Narcissus is my favourite greek god. Vote to your hearts content.
