My sons and the fact that they love me and aren't afraid to say
"I love you Mom" in front of friends or anyone else ...
My sweetheart who lets me know he loves me just because...
My Mom who is so young at heart (even tho she's a little ditzy)
My sisters who are some what critical, but in a loving way and not to tear me down ... My brothers, two who I don't see enough, and the one who often reminds me of my sons so much that I accidentally call him by the boy's names...
and lastly my friends ... those who need a shoulder to lean on and those who provide me a place to lean ...
I am blessed with love ... that is a very happy thought

It's more like a zen. My brain relaxes when I sit and stare out the window at trees blowing in the wind, or being rained on, or whatever. It relaxes my mind and even slows my heartrate, etc...
