Vomiting all day without keeping any fluids in your stomach is serious because you can become dehydrated:
Call your doctor if you:
1. can not keep any fluids on stomach
2. feel very thirsty
3. are urinating less than normal
4. feel dizzy or confussed
Here are some home treatments also:
Let's start with what's available over the counter. Although not officially approved for morning sickness, Emetrol is the only nonprescription nausea medication that's considered safe during pregnancy. Reflux medications such as Zantac or Pepcid sometimes work for women whose nausea and vomiting is triggered by gastrointestinal distress.
You may also have heard of Bendectin, which combines an antihistamine called doxylamine with vitamin B6. This drug was once widely used in the United States to treat morning sickness, but controversy over its safety during pregnancy — despite any scientific evidence that it was harmful — forced the manufacturer to pull it from the market. (These days, it's available only in Canada under the name Dicletin.)
The FDA has now classified the combination of ingredients in Bendectin as "safe and effective for nausea and vomiting of pregnancy," and you can buy both ingredients separately over the counter. Doxylamine is available as a sleeping pill under the brand name Unisom Nighttime Sleep-Aid. (Be sure not to get Maximum Strength Unisom SleepGels — that's a different product.) And you can find vitamin B6 in the vitamin section.
One caution: Doxylamine can make you sleepy, so you shouldn't drive when taking it. You'll also need to be careful in the kitchen.
Ask your doctor or midwife if the combination of doxylamine and B6 might work for you and, if so, what dose you should take. Remember: Never take any drugs, vitamins, or herbal supplements during pregnancy without first talking to your practitioner.
My first recommedation is contact your doctor first (immediatly) due to your prolonged vomiting over the last 4 days so they can rule out all other issues.

You need to send hubby to a boating goods store. They have a product called Queeze Ease. It is a small canister (about the size of a lipstick, perfect for pockets) with a mix of essential oils in it. When you start to feel ill, you take off the cap and take two or three good whiffs. The nausea goes away immediately. They also sell it online.
Yes you can call your doctor but they are going to tell you it is a normal part of pregnancy that usually goes away in second trimester. If you are starting to get dehydrated or if it is interfering with your day to day life they can prescribe you something.
Just take it easy and know this will pass. Good luck & congrats on #4.

You should call your doctor and ask about phenergen. You should always have some crackers by your side when you first get up. Have some toast and some ginger tea to help with the nausea. Also I found that having a little bit of protein with my toast or bagel IE peanut butter also keep me from feeling less nauseous. Hope this helps. PS take sips of everything slowly.

Aww hun I'm exactly the same, this is my second pregnancy and I was never this sick with my first! I'm 11 weeks now and it has died down a bit but not completely, hopefully you'll be the same! "They" say ginger is supposed to help but it didnt work for me, I found that a fizzy drink helped i.e. Fanta, Pepsi, not for everyone but it helped me! Make sure your having plenty to drink tho, you might be dehydrated, get the doc to test your blood to check your iron levels, you may be anemic. Good luck hun xx
Being anemic does make you more tired than usual, but you might just have "normal" morning/all day sickness. Ask Doc for tabs for this too.
