I used to, but ever since that incident which the news and the police reported as the "Shot Down Blimp Catastrophe of 2004" my gun and license was revoked. So now, I just shoot my water gun in the air. Ha Ha! So, yeah... it sucks. Happy New Year's to you anyways! Cheers!

Which one??
Would YOU like to be anywhere near my house if I were STUPID enough to shoot my .44 MAG, 357, 50 CAL, MAC 10, or double barrel 30 odd 6 in the air????
The .44 bullet alone would travel over two blocks and STILL be capable of killing something!!!
BAD, very BAD idea. GUNS are NOT play things.

No, I live in a heavily populated area. If I shot my gun into the air, the bullet could kill someone on its way down.

Could do, except I'd either get arrested for owning a gun without a licence, illegal use of a gun or terrorism charges for endangering low flying aircraft....even if they are 40,000' up. :)
That might be the difference with living in the UK however.

Every round that goes up comes down (in accordance with the laws of physics). Sometimes they come down with disastrous, unintended results, so no, I do not discharge a weapon into the air on New Years Eve.

Never have, and I hate when people do as bullets travel. It could accidentally hit someone, or someones property. But a lot of people do it even after knowing the possibilities.

No, what goes up will come down, first law of shooting know your target and what is behind it. But since you mentioned it I do have some firecrackers from the 4th.

No, I have more sense than to do that. Besides, I don't live in a third world country.
What goes up, must come down. And just hope it doesn't hit anyone else.

No thats dumb. The NRA does not condone that type of behavior. People that do that should have their guns taken away so that those of us that are responsabile gun owners dont get a bad reputation.
