Configure your internet,, if you're paying the service let the provider know about it,, maybe they're blocking it....
try to clean your cache and history pages you've recently visited...by going to "tools" and hitting the "delete files" and "delete cookies" you can configure your internet.. by hitting the top tab (connections) on the same window...and connect vie the one you're using>
it could be wireless or dsl (cable)...it just depends what are you connecting to...

I'd suggest that you try to clear your cookies and cashe and see if that helps.

If not, then I'd suggest that you try to reset your router (if you have one) by unplugging your router for about fifteen seconds.
