I prefer it over Pokemon personally, but "good" is all in the eye of the beholder. I've always been a big fan of the DQM series though, and this game is a fine addition.

Well the game is like a replica of Pokemon Diamond/Pearl. It is based on the same thing. Training monsters to become the best and trading them. One thing I don't like is that it costs more than Pokemon! The only way it is a little better than Pokemon Diamond/Pearl is that you can move in a 360 degree angle. You are better off getting Pokemon.
