Hey -- I am from Iowa, and it's supposed to get down into the single digits tonight.

Therefore, I would love to bring those global warming nuts here. I would have them put on t-shirts and shorts and stand out in the weather for about an hour.

Then I would invite them in; that would be their opportunity to explain to me how warm our globe is, LOL!!!!! :D

Actually here in Iowa....the average December temp. is 24.4 degrees, and we've had many days warmer than that this month.

Also, many areas of the state have had a LOT more precipitation than what is "normal" for us. More snow than normal, and particularly of note, more ice storms due to the higher temperatures.

It amazes me how people pick out one day and think they know more than all the scientists who have studied weather trends for decades. Do a little research (I mean NON-BIASED research) and you might learn something.

Let me guess
You think because of the snow there is no global warming?

If you think that then you don't understand global warming at all.
It does mean more severe snow falls in the winter and worse storms

I'm sure it goes well there. I still wonder why global warming fear mongers never debate about it.
