I've tried a few websites where you put in your measurements, but they all say complllletely different things!
http://www.afraidtoask.com/breast/breastmeasuringcup.html
this website said i was a size 34, but didnt need a bra.

http://www.85b.org/bra_calc.php
this one said i was a 32C!
trying to figure it out myself it said i was a 32A/B
I've always worn an A, just because I'm only 16.
Anyways, what is the actual formula to figure it out?
And, I'm not going to get measured, i dont need to and im too shy.
Oh, the measurements were 27below, 32 bust, 29 above (im not 100% thats right)

Basically, from looking at these websites and stuff, if I use a calculator using the measurements of my bust and above, then I'm like a 30B/C. But if I use the measurements of below and the bust, then they come out the same and I don't need a bra!
Why does it make sucha big difference?
Which one is the correct one?

Get professionally sized, and don't trust the "online calculators". One of them told me I was a 44A, when I was actually a 38J!!!

Measure around your chest under your breasts. Round up. Add four to an even number, five to an odd number. That is your band size.

Measure around breasts at widest part. Subtract first number from this.

1" is an A
2" is a B
3" is a C

Use this size as a GUIDELINE only, as bra sizes are not standard from brand to bran. You could be a 32A in one bra and a 32B in another bra.

Or go to Nordstroms, JCPenney or Sears and get professionally sized (NOT Victoria Secret as they size incorrectly).

Try a 32AA or 32AAA or a 30A/B, or just get professionally sized, it'll be a lot less of a headache for you.

I'd go with a 30B.

You don't have a big back, so you probably only need to add 3 to the underbust measurement of 27 to get a band size of 30. And then 32 - 30 = 2, which is a B cup. This also matches when using the upper bust measurement, because you round 29 up to get a band size of 30 and so you also get 30B.

P.S. Remember the bra should fit comfortably on the first hook.

What size top do you wear? That might give you a general idea. If you don't need a bra why worry. Once you need one go to a store and fit a 32/34 A/B/C and see which one fits best and is most comfortable. Different brands fit differently. In one brand you might be an 32c and another a 34B. Just because your 16 doesn't mean you're an A. I was a 34B by age 13 already.

If you go to Victoria's Secret to buy a bra, they'll measure for you and tell you. Then you can try on bras until you find one that fits right. They miscalculated me the first time, they said I was a 40D when I'm really a 38C. But like I said, you can try on different sizes.

Their bras are expensive ($30-$50, unless you hit a sale...I think one is still going on now), but IMO it's worth it. Their bras are the best!!

Hi darling, there is nothing to be shy about... the ladies at the bra counter are professionals. If you rae shy go with a female companion that you are comfy with. Ask the lady to bring you to a corner to measure or in the fitting room.

Take a measuring tape measure the circumfrence of your body at the base of your breast eg 34 inc & the circumfrence of yourbody's higest points your nipples. eg 37 inc"

Answer=you are a 34C

In general, 0-3 inc diff is B cup,

4-7inc is C cup

8-10 inc is D cup

Diff cut, style & brands diff so you gotta try them on .. :)

Good luck

Measure below your breasts. Add 5 if it is an odd number, 4 if it is even. That is band number. Then measure around your breasts. Subtract the first number from this. If the difference is

1 inch A
2 inches B
3 inches C
4 inches D
5 inches DD

I'd recommend going to a nice department store and asking someone in the bra section to help measure you. even an older sister or you mother could do it. you can wear a bra or swimsuit top when they measure you. even leave on your shirt. these sites are better to help you measure yourself.
