Actually, I've seen that written in the enquirer, which I don't believe a word of.

My mother, however, is an OB nurse. She has delivered babies from kids as young as 10 or 11. Typically, these are girls whose menarche came early. Also, they are typically those who are sexually abused. Many times the baby dies, because the child's body just isn't ready to support it, or because its father is also its grandfather (inbreeding causes hemophilia, and so it'd likely bleed to death). It really is quite sad.

I'm pretty sure 5 year olds don't get pregnant.. but I've heard that they have gotten raped. As far as any other age before reaching their teens, it's possible. The moment a girl has her period she's ready to bare children... or close to it for that matter. I've watched a show on tv called "Cristina" who is the latin version of "Oprah" vice-versa. There was an 8 year old girl with her 2 year old daughter, the fact of the matter was that her uncle raped her.. but she was not aware of the definition until she was a few months pregnant when her mother found out about it. You never really think about it I guess.. but I know that when all my nieces began their period it's usually me who explains what's going on and what is most likely to happen if she's not careful.

Why is a bad question, but it was because they had someone force themselves onto the kid. The youngest birth known is for a 10 year old, birth, not pregnancy. 5-8 are unlikely to have hit puberty yet though. If you know a 5-10 year old who is pregnant go to the police with it.

Females can't usually get pregnant until they start puberty at about age 10 at the youngest. It can be scary, because for a while they will be able to get pregnant but can not actually carry the baby and bad things will happen. If you know some one who is doing stuff that may be getting them pregnant and they are that young, I hope you will make the decision to tell an adult you can trust.

I've never heard of any child becoming pregnant at the age of 5 -10. and if this is the case, it's the parents fault for not knowing what going on with there BABIES. & If the chidren don't have kids then whom ever the adult is they should step up and help the kids.

girls from the ages of 5 through puberty rarely, if ever, get pregnant. some little girls do reach puberty at an exceedingly early age, but that's a medical condition. if they get pregnant that young, there must be abuse and/or neglect.

for all of you who obviously didnt pay attention in health class girls can get pregnant when they get thier period...girls get their period usually around 11 years old...but some get it earlier...i have a friend that got hers when she was 6....soo therefore you can...and for the question...i wouldnt think they're getting pregnant on purpose...they either didnt know what they were doing, being stubborn against parents, or they possibly got raped...

This question makes no sense. A 5 year old can't even get pregnant and neither can most 10 yr olds!!!!!!
