Do not treat before seeing a doctor. First, yeast infections cannot be cleared up by antibiotics since yeast is a fungus, not a bacteria; yeast infections can actually be caused by antibiotics. If she is diagnosed with yeast, a doctor can prescribe diflucan (a pill). Also, she might have Bacterial Vaginosis, in which case a doctor has to diagnose it and prescribe antibiotics.
If she has done these things, but still gets reoccurring yeast infections she may try probiotics in pill form. Also, she may want to microwave her underwear when they are damp; normal washing doesn't kill yeast, so she may be reinfecting herself.
Finally, she may want to get tested for HIV, if that is a possibility. Often yeast infections are a symptom; however, I have the same problem as your girlfriend, but I don't have HIV (was checked at the doctor's office), so don't get too worried about that.

Is she POSITIVE they are yeast infections? She may have Bacterial Vaginosis which is kind of like a really bad yeast infection that needs an antibiotic to get rid of. She should go to her gyno and have a pelvic exam.

She needs to see her doctor. She should not keep having yeast infections back-to-back.

She may need antibiotics. She may not have gotten rid of the original one completely and they symptoms keep flaring up.

I agree she should go to the doctor and so should you. make sure you're not the reason she keeps getting them. she shouldn't wear nylon panties and should use vinegar douche regularly.
