According to Fender's website ( http://www.fender.com ) and to the Fender section on Wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fender ) there isn't a Casa Grande, and never was.

The only mention I was able to find of the guitar at all was a person who posted a review of a different type guitar and mentioned that he had a Casa Grande at http://reviews.harmony-central.com/reviews/Guitar/product/Ozark/Resonator/10/1 . My thinking is that he may have had an original Fender of another model that was modified and renamed a Casa Grande - not an official Fender model, but a custom rebuild.

Hope this helps. I'll watch this question to see if anyone else comes up with better information.

Literally translated, Casa Grande means "big house." There is no mention of any guitar like that in Leo Fender's biography or in any of Fender's catalogues.
