Home Depot or Lowe's or any hardware store. You can get a sheet of plastic drop cloth and cover the couch with that. Then you can take masking tape or a roll of cling wrap (in the moving supplies section - looks like a lint roller) to secure the plastic sheet.
Good luck and have a safe move!

You are probably looking for that roll plastic which they use to secure pallets of cargo. That stuff is very expensive, and to be honest, won't do what you want. THe plastic is tough LENGHWISE, which means that a simple sharp object will make a hole in it really easy. i worked at a factory which kept the plastic for shipping and have first hand knowledge about this.
A better solution is to go to a Uhaul Store and rent a dozen moving blankets. (Usually about $10-20) They are a thick felt-like tough blanket which can be used and abused. Use a roll of duct tape to secure them in place and you can wrap your couch up in no time. The blankets offer a better grip for carrying than the plastic, too.
I've moved a lot, and the blankets are what I use every time.

I would not recommend plastic wrap on furniture since it can slip and you can drop the furniture. It also is not good at protecting furniture from tears as the plastic has no strength if it comes into hard contact with stair handrails, etc. It is best to use a furniture blanket which is what the professionals use. If you cannot get a furniture blanket you can use a large comforter or sleeping bag. Make sure to tie it onto the unit with heavy cord or light rope and loop or tape it around the legs to keep the blanket pad in place. Also make sure you have at least 2 strong individuals to move the piece since stairway moving is hazardous. As a professional furniture warranty technician I can tell you that leather is difficult and costly to repair once it gets torn. Best of luck.

I would contact a moving company and buy from them. Failing that, I would contact a mailing center. They have all kinds for packing material there. If they can't help, ask at the meat counter of the Grocery Store, they use big rolls of plastic to wrap the meat in. I work at a meat market and one large roll of plastic film is about $40.00 to $50.00, but you wont need that much. Which is why I'd try the other places first.

I was going to put a big answer but Marvinat said it perfectly.
I have repair hundreds of leather pieces from moving damage.
Blankets and tape is the way to go- just no tape touching leather!

Before you buy any, make some calls to dry cleaning businesses. They have plastic all over the place and may have some they no longer use. You might be able to get it for free. I know this sounds weird, but why not try it?
