i usually don't let the weather stop me from doing what i have planned, if it's going to rain, i bring an umbrella, if it's going to be cold i dress warmer, etc. buti don't let it stop me. unless of course a hurricane or something is coming, then i keep my little butt at home.

I am a classic winger..If there is something I really want to do come hell or high water I'm gonna do it. Now freezing rain I might have to think about.

my wardrobe is for sure....like today its raining cats and dogs, and I am not dressed up at all. not gonna ruin good clothes! I also will probably not do much of anything today b/c rain just knocks the wind out of my sails!

Up here in winter we have to,,and summer, you can't go to the beach in the rain...so,,,yes
