All Xbox 360's have the capability of getting the RRoD. New chips were made that decrease overheating and less noise. Those new 360's could still get RRoD. The chip changed from 90nm to 65nm. Here are ways to find out if you have a new Xbox 360 (ARCADE ONLY)
1. Lot Number - 738 or higher
2. Team: FDOU
3. 175W - (You have to look at this. This tells you, you have a Falcon 360. If it's 203W, don't get it.

These numbers can be found without opening the box. On the side of the box, there is a sticker.

There is potential for the arcade to get the RROD. It's a general system hardware failure code.

Given when they hit shelves, I would expect most if not all arcade models to include the Falcon processor, which runs cooler than previous 360 processors. Overheating has long been suspected to be the leading cause of RROD. Therefore, 360s with the Falcon processor should be less likely to get RROD (although it's still possible).
