say nothing for ages, be really nice to her, make friends with her, then all of a sudden say something which ties in with the comment she made on skype. Then cut her off bluntly. Maybe she will get the message, and if she doesnt she wasnt worth it anyway, and is a nasty person herslef for making the comments.

Leave it alone and do on about your life. You're not going to change her attitude or feelings about you by getting her in trouble, and you'll come off as a nosy little snoop because you'll have to admit you did just that to see this.
Take the high road, ignore her, and be the best employee you can be. In the long run, you'll more likely be seen as trustworthy and someone to be respected. Oh, and don't trust her with anything you'd rather not have blabbed around.

Report her to HR. She's creating a hostile work environment for you, which is clearly against HR policies in most companies. Also, there's a good chance there's an IT policy against defaming people over the use of company resources.
If your company isn't big enough to have these policies, your visit to HR could be to suggest the creation of these policies because you are being abused in the workplace and want to have some protection from the company.

Confront her, report her then slap her. Then Skype your mates/work colleagues telling them about her and how she's not to be trusted and that she's two faced.
Hope this helps Have a nice day and don't let her upset you too much she obviously isn't a very nice person.

I think you need to say something to this person. it's not right for her to be trash talking you at work, it could ruin your reputation at work, especially if its not true. just tell her you found her conversation and you dont appreciate the things she said about you. either that or just report her.

If you want her to feel bad, then report her. if you want her to feel angry and embarrassed then confront her. If you want none of the above, leave it.
