Well lets see here Gomer.
Those states are called blue states (well most of them anyways) and they tend to vote for democrats. Soooooo , pro-choice happens in blue states, blue states usually allow abortions...democrats are pro choice and/or respect LAW(i.e - Roe V.S. Wade) (something recently republicans are having trouble with) and abortions happen in their states, the people of those states are happy that their beliefs are being up held so they continue to vote democrat. Rinse, Wash, Repeat.
Now that I have answered your question: I have one for you!
Why do the top 10 states for highest divorce rates and welfare rates come from red states!?
Democrats maybe "baby killers" by your terminology but at least they arn't a sack of hypocrits.

I wouldn't have an abortion personally but I believe God gave us a free will to act out like we see fit. There will be rewards or consequences for my actions but I have a free will nonetheless given to me by my creator. The problem is that people try to control other people when it is impossible to do so. You cannot force or delegate a heart change. The issue of Abortion is a spiritual issue and should not be political.

It doesn't say anything about Democrats - it says you like your information sliced, diced, skewed and twisted into a form that supports your views.
For instance... were you not aware that many women cross state lines to obtain an abortion, due to lack of providers in their own state?
