Depends on how long the booger was there, and whether Walmart could be said to have actual or constructive notice.
Because most boogers lose their viscosity in a short amount of time, the odds of it staying on the floor (and remaining gooey) long enough for constructive notice to apply are minimal.
Someone would have to tell WalMart "Booger on Aisle 5" and they'd have to fail to respond.

Did you flip that booger onto the floor? If you did, then security cameras saw you do it and you would lose your law suit.
Wal-Mart should have put an orange cone over it until it could be cleaned up.
