Today I learned that no matter what everyone is basically the same in many ways, but it's how you react to a situation that either difuses the moment or escalts the problem.

It's still early but so far today I learned that if you leave the window open the cat will go out it and when you really want to be sleeping in it sucks to have to hunt for said cat in the rain!!!

that some people no matter what you do for them they still behave as if you owe them one and continue to be rude and ungrateful, i work in a hospital and bent over backwards for this person. they didn't even give me a thank you unfortunately i cannot relate what i think of them.......
