At the risk of giving an answer of more than one line:-
Although the predisposition is not contagious, in effect it can *appear* that it is so.
If you accept that between the most heterosexual person ever, and the most homosexual person ever is an incredibly long line of "varying degrees of bi-sexuality", most people are somewhere "on the line" as opposed to standing on the head of one of the folks on the ends, perhaps fairly close to one end or the other - but still "on the line".
As a general rule I have found there is a link between intelligence and openness to sexuality - not for any greater reason than this:-
An intelligent person often wishes to experience as much as possible before making a judgment call on it. whether this is trying some weird food, trying out a new car or having a little experimental fun with a friend who can be trusted to be discreet.
As someone who is basically a gay guy - but one who doesn't "name names" or act like a screaming queen, I have found that a LOT of the brighter friends I know, have, over time, wanted to "have a little go". Nothing too heavy, but still something they may not choose to tell aunt Maud about.
Why? Because they had not tried it before and wanted to keep an open mind before deciding it was not for them - or once in a while - deciding it certainly WAS for them.
For one or two it was a "one off" experience, for others it has been "Oh, that wasn't at all what I expected, I quite liked that" - or "Yup, that was ok".
Even the most negative reaction "that really isn't for me I don't think" was followed on with "but I'm still glad I tried it".
So..................
In effect, if you have a discreet gay guy and an intelligent curious lad around, then as most people are potentially bi already, then the gay guy can certainly help to precipitate an event occurring.

think ofyou've have been given to be kidding me. How have you ever made it with the aid of existence so far? The worst ingredient for humanity is that there are particularly human beings such as you who might ask a question like that. actually you at the instant are not severe? And while you're severe, the worldwide is in worse shape than i concept. Neither homosexuality nor homophobia are contagious illnesses.

What is contagious about our sexual identity? Most likely it is the homophobic condition so prevalent in our society. Here is a note from Anthropological research; there is a country near the African continent which holds a custom of where the brides-groom is required to have oral sex with a male elder to prove his fidelity to his new bride. As you may have guessed, our culture determines the fashion we look at a sexual preference. (identity.) W.I.U. Volunteer Counselor

Yeah it is contagious, just like getting brown eyes. Better stay away from brown eyed people.

The answer is............for you to be asking this question, it must mean that you are lusting after and or having sexual feelings or having sexual encounters with others of your same gender. You may want to blame some one for your acts or feelings foror with people of your same gender". Maybe you were just "really drunk" that afternoon. And since then you have had this overwhelming desire to do it again, and again, and again. You have to have someone to blame.
Then again, maybe you are just trying to devise a plan to change someone of your same gender that you want to catch it.

No - being touched by a homosexual will not turn a heterosexual person ay any more than a gay person being touched by a straight person will turn them heterosexual. If that was the case, we would ALL be straight since we've touched by our parents and other straight people at least once in our lives.

Homosexuality is a minor personality variation, much like being left handed, that is innate and can not be transferred from person to person.

Yeah, it's passed through air, so don't breathe in around homosexuals.
