Yep.
Universal healthcare means longer hours for doctors (seeing patients with common cold signs when people should just suck it up) which in turn the doctor employment will lessen and it'll mean that scenarios like what happened to the 89 and 20 year old women will happen more frequently.

Things like this happen all the time in the United States to people without health insurance. It may happen occasionally in countries with universal health coverage, but it certainly doesn't happen anywhere near as often.
I would rather everyone have an equal amount of pretty good health care than have a minority of the population have really good health care and the rest get none, as it is now. Even Republicans think something needs to be done about this, Hillary isn't the only one.

Oh come now Priscilla, this feels like a social engineering and 'the government will safeguard all your needs' question. What do you think Jesus concept with reference to the well-being care concern whilst he exchange into right here in the worldwide? what form of popular well-being Care so which you think that they had interior the 365 days 28 advert? Come on, shouldn't you attempt to shoe horn this question into the politics classification. Oh by utilizing the way I have not have been given any purpose of casting any vote for the 'opposite Carpetbagger' Hilary. you have an extremely Merry Christmas now.

Just the opposite, she is offering health care to those who may just die without it. How about the young lady who recently was denied a liver transplant by Cigna because it was seen by them as "experimental" in other words expensive. They refused to pay for the treatment and her parents couldn't afford to pay for it. There was a donor waiting and all. One hour before she expired Cigna decided to pay for the procedure. It was too late by that time. Do you want insurance companies to continue to decide what treatment you will and will not get?
There may be more to the story of the old woman in Japan. It is tragic, indeed, but hardly a common occurence.

There are faults in every system, and while I agree that something needs to be changed, I'm not for the government taking over health care. If the government screws up health care, who's watching out for the little guy then? For me to be for a government health care, they are going to have to show me that it will not be a big waste of money (in other words be efficient), and actually raise my health care that I have right now (something I'm not sure it can do, and before you go thinking 'he's got insurance' think again).

Sry, but this is ****...
America has WORST heath care of ALL developed countries.
Want some data? Americans are super-fat, and live shorter lives than rich countries with universal care.
The only ones getting use of this are super-rich insurance and pharma companies, earning BILLIONS on your suffering!
MORE data? SOME drugs in US are probably double in price than in Europe or orther UNi systems... HECK, some people even go to Mexico to buy cheaper drugs- they can't afford them in US.
INFANT death rate is HIGHEST in developed world. Death from many common diseases is FAR higher than in many other countries...
US health system was ranked somewhere between 30th and 40th place i think... MUCH of us population has no healthcare AT ALL, no insurance, no nothing.
Those WHO support such system, YOU'LL get old one day... I HOPE you get some disease, and end up as beggar who dies on street, with no health cover!
I am astonished how cruel some people are!
EDIT:
HI is ONE of reasons i LEFT US for good... do you know how much a broken leg costs? 10 000, heart surgery maybe even 100 000...
In UNIVERSAL system, you aren't denied procedures based on cost... not commonly. NOBODY "earns" in universal system, the SOLE purpose is not profit- but wellbeing of citizens.
I've seen people DENIED treatment in US, even with insurance, because they "decide" if you need tests or not. Doctor says yes, they say no- Do you have 50 000 for tests?
No? We're sry... die.
I'm not surprised, as social system in general in US is such!
No maternity, no rights whatsoever... People on greencards are often pushed to work so much, that in end-your hourly wage turns out miserable.
If you want to live such life... your choice. I'd vote for RADICAL change. I'd PUT in jail EVERYONE earning profit on people's misery!

I'm a conservative, and I disagree with Hillary Clinton's ideas about healthcare.
I don't think its fair, however, to suggest that she somehow "wants" to bring about a situation where there are months-long waiting lists for basic care. Thats just as wrong as people claiming that President Bush "wants" to see soldiers die.
Now, it would be much more fair to argue that she foolishly thinks she can create socialized medicine WITHOUT the waiting lists and rationing seen in other places.

My daughter lives in Japan and she says the medical care is so far beyond the US that it's not even comparable.
Can you site any statistics, facts or data to support your case?

Guess you missed the story last week of a young girl DYING just hours after Cigna recanted its decision to DENY her a liver transplant, but ONLY after nurses and doctors protested outside Cigna's home office.
Sell it somewhere else, honey. The medical/pharmaceutical MAFIA has a stranglehold on medical care in this country.
AND I WANT SOMETHING DONE ABOUT IT.
