Most women just know in their gut, also look for a bunch of ladies numbers in his friends and how he acts around other females. If you know any of his exes they should be able to give you loads of info but mostly trust your gut.

In addition to some of the above comments.."missing time and unexplained disappearances ", cellphone goes unanswered or u get voicemail , late for occasions,dinner. late from work.Feeble excuses for above and your gut feeling tells u he is lying.
