If u know someone's IP address is it possible to know their recent log activities on the internet. Is there any sort of software that'll give u some insight of what that computer does. Please Serious answers only thanks in advance!!

If you had a program called RETINA from eEye, you could probe the computer for open ports and security flaws. But first, your ISP might not allow all of the probes to make it, and second, the information wouldn't necessarily do you any good.

And third, as noted by others, you might be prosecutable.

Not really, not unless their comunication packets between their computer and where they've surfed to go via a switch or route that is within your realm of control. If for instance you owned the cable company, you could read the logs out of your routers and network.

Sounds like you are trying to track someones moves, this could be illegal. Stalking is punishable at Federal levels.
