I was buying some items yesterday at a local store with home goods....they refused to honor the advertised price for additional 50% of the lowest price and insisted this is true for the regular priced items only.They had signs all over the store with "take an additional 50% of the lowest price listed on seasonal itmes"
I need someone to take a good look at the way this particular store is operating. The same thing happened before in this store.
How do I go about it? What is the web site of BBB to file the complaint?

Contact the Consumer Protection Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General. There is quite a bit of information on their website.
