Yes, but it takes a glass bottle 1 million years to be biodegraded. Check out the chart at the bottom of this website! Hope I helped!

Basically, no. Glass can be damaged over time when exposed water or chemicals in the water. This can happen in a dishwasher in a few months with some kinds of glass or in hundreds of years in the ground with other kinds of glass. Much Roman glass found soil has an iridescent finish from the chemical damage, but most of it is still strong and not biodegraded.

Yes glass is biodegraded look at beach glass broken waste glass weathered by action of tides and waves . Incidentally glass is considered a liquid given a strong enough frame to hold it for incredibily long time a pane will slump!
