Yes they will. New England wants the undefeated season too bad, and the Giants from what I've been hearing will give some of their starters rest, since they don't have anything to play for, because their playoff seeding is already set.

There is always a chance that they'll lose, but it is unlikely. I'd like to see them undefeated and holders of most offensive records, but, to be honest, it is a meaningless game

I don't think there is any question that they will win. The whole team wants it to much and they are so close. They will NOT let the undefeated title slip through their fingers with the final game of the regular season.

I have little doubt that they'll win, Belichick will expect nothing less, it's more of a question how long the starters will be out there and how hard the Giants play, what is for both teams pretty much a lame-duck game.
