Hey,

My sister has a BlackBerry and I wanted to help her use it but I can't find out what model it is!!! The craziest thing I've ever seen, no model info on it anywhere. It might not be the newest (thus no pix on the website match).

How can I determine what model it is so I can find help info on the web for it?

Take out the back cover and the battery. There should be a sticker there that tells you what model it is.

Have her go to Options > About and the model should be in there somewhere, along with the OS version.
