Basically, I'm paying money for my son currently. When my baby is born, I will need to lower that payment in order to help pay daycare, etc .

tough!!! you made them then pay for them! she should take your sorry butt back to court and ask for more money! STOP BREEDING if you can't pay for the ones already here! Go ahead give me a thumbs down but I am sick of cry babies bitching about paying support I am sick of paying for this through my taxes!

Doubtful that you will get the payments lowered. Most States have "first family" rulings. This means that if you couldn't afford to pay child support for the first child, why are you having another? Basically, you put yourself in a bad financial situation and your son should not have to be penalized for it.

Typically the state says you will need to make more. If you cannot afford another baby you shouldn't have had one. The needs of your other child are not any less.

You will have to take your plea to a judge. Be sure to bring evidence of your growing expenses or you will have no hope. If you are paying a lot you may get a reduction, however if you are paying a minimal amount you won't.

You must file an Abatement with the judge over your cases.

You need to file a motion with the family court. It will probably cost you $100.00 bucks or so to file.
