i need manga that has romance in it and its no more than 10 volumes(that i can read online 4 free plz)
o and plz dont suggest something that has like 50 volumes(dont say naruto cuz im waching the anime and i dont like reading the manga)
i also need anime (something thatis NOT horribly english voiced) that is less than 20 eps and also a romanece
for both anime and manga i want something that takes place in the PRESENT not in like 1300 or like 2931.

There are many romance mangas and animes, shoujos or shounens. If you like comedy romance manga, try Maison Ikkoku (10 volumes). If you like ninja tragedy romance manga, you can try Basilisk : The Kouga Ninja Ninpochou (5 volumes). Candy Candy (romance, happy ending) is 9 volumes. For anime, you can try Ayashi no Ceresu (supernatural, romance), Mermaid Forest (a little bit scary but yes, there is a sparkling romance in there), Saiunkoku Monogatari season 1, etc.

Tenshi Na Konamaiki is a great comedy with a little bit of romance in it. I believe the anime is 50 something episodes, and the manga doesn't have all that much more to it than the anime.

you have not seen The Melacholey of Haruhi Suzimaya, please do so as every anime fan should be made to watch it. Very funny, some great relationship dynamics occuring and the manga is only a little better than the anime which is unusual.
