Personally, I'd love to be able to ice skate, play the piano and/or electric guitar, and horse ride.

That's funny! I've always wanted to ice skate (never been), and to play the piano well. I do have musical talent, but never gone far with it. The one thing I wish I could really do is talk to people better.

Understanding new technology. Be computer smart, know how to hook up a TV, play station, speakers, etc. instead of having to find someone or pay someone who knows how to do it.
