yes, sometimes too much, at times I have to tell them if they are not taking my advice then they need to figure it out on their own. I think people sometimes just want someone to listen.

Im great at giving it !!
but $h!t at taking it ?!?!?!!?? I always end up ignoring it and doing stuff my own way !!! Even if its the worse way to do it !
