Yes, for the most part. If a person is hanging around with somebody I know to be a druggie or a mean person, I assume that they are the same - at least in some small part. If they're friends with somebody I know to be a good person, I assume that they probably have something in common; hopefully it's goodness.

I believe birds of a feather flock together, but that doesnt mean i wont give an individual a chance because of the crowd they hang with. It just may be hard to excuse those people be it wouldnt stop me from befriending them.
