You can get perfectly good satnav systems for little cost nowadays. I have the Tomtom Go not the Tomtom one but I can tell you that the there is nothing wrong with the Go and it's very easy to up-date.

That said all of the reviews I have read recently recommend systems with the Navisys software, which Tomtom does not.

For £99 how can you go wrong? As for the mount, mine came with it but obviously you need to check with the seller
that it's included as they are not cheap to buy as an extra.

ANY tomtom is a good option. the windscreen mount is included, you can't update the version without buying a new version on dvd or memory card.

you don't say what phone you've got, have you considered putting tomtom on that?

A Sat Nav unless you are prepared tp pay around £1500 is a peice of electronic garbage. The voice over is always suspect and is irritating. However they do have their uses as a simple Map.Dont ask why but the sophisticated ones are even depndant on tyre pressures being correct.Good Luck
