Angles B and C are supplementary, thus add up to 180.

5x + 2x + 12 = 180

7x + 12 = 180

7x = 168

x = 24

mB = 5(24) = 120

mD = mB = 120 (opp. angles of a parallelogram are congruent)

B and C add to 180:

5x + 2x + 12 = 180
7x = 168
x = 24

D = B: 5x = 5*24 = 120
