Is it true that you can go swimming while you have your period, without using anything...because it will stop in the water? But then when you get out it starts again?

NO it is NOT TRUE.
Water does NOT stop nor does it slow down your period. It only LOOKS like it does, when in reality it only disperses the blood so it looks like it has stopped or slowed down.
DO use tampons when going into the water.
If not, no swimming.

you can use tampons to go swimming while your on your period. i dont know if thats true about your period stopping while in the water because ive been in the water while on my period plenty of times and it never seems to stop with me

I think so! Cause when you shower when ur in period, it kinda stops, so I guess it's kind of true, but the safest way is using a tampon. U never know!

It's not true. You need to use a "Tampon" which is plug of absorbent material that comes in various sizes, which are related to their absorbency ratings and packaging.

It doesn't stop in the water. It disperses so you cant see it.

yes its true but think about how many germs you will be producing, other people will be swimming in your germs
would you like to be swimming in other people's blood?

I did it once and it stopped when I was in and began when I came out too! So I think it's true!
