very sorry but there is nothing you can say that will make him stop, he will only stop when he is ready or reaches a rock bottom. just don't lend him money and just be there for him xx

Those kind of drugs are really addicting, you can keep on telling him over and over again to stop but it will be very difficult. He might say that he can stop whenever he wants or when he gets enough but there will never be an "enough". The addiction will always be with him unless he gets some help. The only way to help him out is keeping him from going out for a long while until you know that he is quiting or has quit doing it. The other way is sending him to rehab where you know for sure that she will be able to quit. He might hate you for the moment but you did it for the best and for him. He might not realize it now but when he is completely sober, he will thank you for helping him because he wouldn't have been able to do it by himself. Tell him that he needs to stop soon, now, not tomorrow, not next week, not one more time then I will. If he doesn't listen then rehab is the only way. Take care and good luck in handling this situation.

does your parents know about his condition? if they are still unaware of this, then you should go and tell them... it is your responsibility to report this to them. You have talked to him, given him advice and still nothing happens, then telling you parents is the right thing to do. He needs help. He may already been hooked to cocaine and ecstacy, and it is not easy to simply stop without any professional help. You shouls try to understand him... For all you know, he really wants to stop, but somehow cannot... so please seek professional help before it is too late...

How old is your brother?..sounds cruel but if he is over 18, then it's his life to do as he pleases.

However, when he does decide to give it up he will let you know...you can't really force someone until they are ready.

Just let him know that you are there for him, that's all you can do at this stage.

Many of us have gone through a stage of partying hard but most of us come out of it unharmed.

Try not to worry too much...he will be okay

I'm not sure if your in school or something, but you should tell a guidance counsler. But if not tell your parents what's happening with him, but tell your parents to tell your brother they heard it from 1 of his friends. You should tell someone because the next time he does those drugs he could die, so you should do something as soon as possible to prevent this. Also show your brother lots & lots of Love & Comfort Him. Good Luck, I hope everything works out for you & your family.

It seems that you brother is not taken care by mom & dad. Try to spend time with him and make him relize that he is the best brother one can have in the whole universe. Don't urgue with him for what he is doing. Instead of that try to make him understand the negative aspect of the things he consumes.
Make him understand life is prescious once gone cannot be back again.

I KNOW THIS WILL BE HARD FOR U TO DO BUT, THE ONLY WAY U CAN SAVE HIS LIFE IS BY BEING HARSH WITH HIM, TALK TO ANY ELDER ABOUT THIS. IF REQUIRED TIE HIM WITH CHAINS AND CLOSE HIM IN- SIDE A ROOM. CONSULT A DOCTOR, HE WILL HELP HIM TO GET RID OF HIS ADDICTION TO DRUGS. GIVE HIM PSYCOLOGICAL ASSISTANCE, IT'S TOUGH LOVE, BUT WILL BE GREATLY HELPFUL.
