It should ease up soon. Tums is your friend. Just don't over do it. They can cause constipation if you take too many. Do a yahoo search on food and drink that can cause gas and avoid them like the plague. Even then, you will still be gassy. It just comes with pregnancy. I was SO gassy at the beginning of this pregnancy. The gas bubble rolling around in me felt like a baby at around 6 mos...It was crazy! Drink plenty of water, it will help with everything.
Oh, and just a warning...the reflux that comes later can be a serious b!tch! I woke up last night choking on vomit. It sucks.

I am also 12 weeks and have all that you have, except my M/S seems to have lessened now.

Unfortunately there isn't a lot you can do about all of it but you can try ginger products for morning sickness. I found fizzy drinks like lemonade helped settle my tummy when I felt sick and a warm heat pack over my tummy relieves the pain from bloating at the end of the day. After the first trimester (into week 14) you can supposedly take heartburn/indigestion tablets but its probably better to try and alter your diet to accomodate the pregnancy. Avoid foods that are making you gassy or eat small snacks frequently and avoid large meals as this expands the tummy quickly and makes it hurt.

Otherwise, take comfort in the fact that over the next couple of week these symptoms will get better and you will start to feel the 'glow' once you are well into your second trimester.

good luck and congrats

It will get better. Just hang in there, and keep thinking about the reward. You can take tums for the heartburn, and tylenol for pain, talk to your OB about something for gas. Your body is undergoing the biggest change of your life, it is going to be a little overwhelmed. 2nd trimester will get better.

It will pass. Your body is adjusting to pregnancy. Nothing over the counter while pregnant...Consult the nurse in your ob/gyne office about annoying symptoms...It just gets better after this.
