Risk ware is advertising junk. Just delete. You can obtain spyware, trace spyware, viruses, keyloggers, trojans, etc. etc from surfing the internet.
This is the reason why you want a really good firewall, antivirus and three or four good antispyware programs.\

I use kaspersky 7.0 also. When you bring the program up from your taskbar, under Protection it will show you a number that tells you how many threats it has detected. Click on this and it will list the threats on your system, including that riskware. If you click on Actions you can tell it to delete the riskware. Whenever you run a scan, kaspersky will prompt you for what action you want to take on detected objects. Simply tell it to delete. Any trojan needs to be wiped out immediately.

The best way to get rid of trojans is using a best anti-spyware to protect your computer.Anti-Virus is not good at removing trojans,spywares and adwares.

boot up into safe mode and scan and delete.
about leaking personal info... possibly.
remove straight away.
