BE STRONG.
DONT CRY/SHOW YOUR WEAKNESS.
convince ur dad thats your a big grownup girl you are (if you got pregnant im guessing you had something in mind while getting pregnant and how you will support this baby, yes?)
DO NOT agree to abortion. even though ur a minor, you still have a law thats protects your baby and there is nothing your parents can do about it so its up to you. do NOT kill it.
just simply say to ur dad.... "dad, I'm pregnant and im willing to put up with the consequences and support my baby. I know I did the wrong thing (getting pregnant at 14 is NEVER a right thing to do) and I really need my family and your support right now."
thats all.
does your mom know?
I think it's easier to tell your mom first.... moms understand these pregnant things a little better since they've been through that.

Wow. I live with my father and I can only imagine what he would think if I was. I'm sorry, but there is no easy way to do it.
I would tell him in a letter. Just write down all your thoughts and feelings. When you write this letter, it is best when you are with someone close. Maybe even the father.
When you are ready to give your father the letter, be strong about it. I'm not sure if you want to be in the same area, you decide. Whatever happens, just talk with someone close. You'll probably be so emotional for a while, so stay strong.

Nah just sit him down and say 'Dad, I'm pregnant' when he is in a good mood. Say it really quick to get it over with, like tearing off a bandaid. He might scream, yell, and be horribly dissipointed in you, but let's be frank- he is right to react that way. So whatever comes will come after this, and you can't do anything to change that fact.

If this is true, take your boyfriend or any adult you trust to protect you because your father may get mad when you tell him. I am 21 and I have a 1yo daughter and I live with my 13yo friend who is currently pregnant in 9th month. I understand you and I'd like to help you. honey.i am a single father of a 14 year old girl and you just tell him.he loves you more than life itself.you will get thru anything with his help.just look him in the eyes and say.dad im pregnant.please do it soon .everyday you wait it will become harder to do.

I think that you should just be honest with him. He may be upset and angry with what you did, but if he loved you before he will still love you.
The upset he feels will probably be the result of knowing how tough life is going to be for his little girl.
Either you were willing to have sex, or you were raped. If you were willing then he can help you prepare for and deal with the consequences of your decision. If you were raped he can help you get help for that too.
Why aren't you telling your mother also?

I would advise you not to tell him at all! Have an abortion in hospital, not at some unauthorised "doctor".If you need parental permission for that, tell the doctors to talk to your father and let them tell him..
Does your mum live? If yes, tell her and let her talk to him. Maybe he might get so angry he might physically hurt you. I am sorry, I can't tell you anything more!
P.S. Couldn't you wait just a few years before having sex? Sorry to ask that but, really now!

Just tell him. Tell him dad i know i am young and i know i should have not been out having sex without being on birth control but i am pregnant and i don't know what to do.

i know people will be sick of me saying this, but 5 days ago, aged 13, i gave birth to a girl, i was raped at 12.
and, i was too ashamed to tell my parents about been raped, especially about the pregnancy, so they found out at about 5 months, and hun, at our age, its alot to take on, a baby, birth, loss on education? lucky i have a supportive family that will look after my baby while i go to school..
and people judge us for been teen moms, though they know nothing!

You had the courage to go and get pregnant.........now you must find the same courage to tell your dad.
Don't involve an outsider.....that will hurt him more......its better coming from you.....at least he will respect you for it
