For 1 it definitely doesn't take a whole year for your body to get use to not being on the patch. Ive been of the patch now for 3 mo and it only took 1 mo for my cycle to regulate again. As far as getting prego it differs from woman to woman. Some may only take 1 mo while others can take a year or maybe even 2! As long as you know when your ovulating and you have sex at least every other day during that week you should be good to go. If it takes longer than a year then i would see a fertility specialist. It depends on you and your partner.
I was pregnant within 3 months of going off the Pill, and that was back when the Pill was pretty strong. Most of the hormone-varieties of birth control aren't as strong now.
You could easily get pregnant within the next month. Then again, you may not. It's a crap shoot either way.

it depends on your body. my sister in laws older sister took over a year to fall pregnant, my sister in law took 2 f*cks. it really depends on your body. you can only keep trying!
