Well i mean even though you can't eliminate the possibility that he might of been flirting.. But don't to conclusion yet you need more proof.
Now the question is were you FLIRTING with HIM?? when you flicked your hair at him??
If your response was NO then why would you think he was flirting with you just for adjusting your tie?? Because I think Looking at someone and flicking your hair at them is more flirting than someone fixing your tie.. Because you let out more body signs..
So that's why i say don't jump to conclusion.. and if you did do it on purpose then the same thing he might of been flirting because he knew you sorta looked for it..

maybe..ill need more details of the situation. first of all, why were you flicking your hair at him. i know this wasnt the question but if your thinking of starting a relationship or flirting further with him..dont do it! you'll only get him and you in trouble..and to answer the question, from the way you put it, yes i do think he was.

I am really not sure...by the way how does he behave with you generally does he behave with you normally like he behaves with other children in your class....if he is behaving like that with everyone the way he behaves with you now then he is not filrting....but if he is normal with other students and not with you then i think he is flirting with you..............just check and see.........all the best.........
