Well XBOX live is played only on the X-Box/360, however, people with a Vista PC now have access to plain Microsoft Live or whatever you would like to call it. So in some games, like Shadowrun, both PC users and 360 users are playing against eachother.
On a side note, any game system can be played through your computer monitor if that's what you're really getting at, you just need specialized equipment like a VGA box for example.

Are u serious? Xbox live? Pc? Tv? None, First of all u need a Xbox for XBOX!!! Live.

you have to get online with your xbox and use it WITH A TV NOT PC
