i am 11 years old and 3 peolpe in my house have the flu and have to take care of them what do i do

Make sure they all have plenty to drink. If you have lemons, then a tablespoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of honey mixed with hot water is very soothing. If you can't do that, fruit juices or herbal teas or even just water are all good. People with flu don't necessarily want to eat anything, but have to have a lot of fluids.
Make sure you eat lots of fruit and veg and get some fresh air, so you have a chance of avoiding the flu yourself. And the best of luck to you - it's quite a responsibility.

Give them lots of fluids, when they start to feel better, clear foods like broth, jello, ginger ale (put a few grains of salt in it to clear out some of the bubbles), then soft food, and then regular food. If the throw up or vomit after you've moved on from liquids, go back to liquids only. Some people like to go from liquids and add dry toast after they've been able to hold the liquid down. As for your protection I would go get some echinacea. This dramatically boosts your immune system so you don't get it too.

Give them Orange Juice for the Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps cure colds. Chicken soup helps sooth stomach pains. Cough Syrup with Codiene . It will help them with the pain of coughing and ease them. Make sure they drink a lot of liquids as they should loose a bit through out there cold. Good Luck I hope this helps.

take care of them but keep urself updated on the medicines so YOU don't get sick, and if you need help then call another family member or a doctor.
